DEI Campus Inventory

The diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives at UNC Charlotte are guided by the many stories and lived experiences of our campus and surrounding communities. These education and engagement opportunities are designed to cultivate extensive learning and working environment to raise awareness, encourage critical thinking toward problem-solving, broaden understanding, and promote engagement at the local level and beyond. Our DEI campus inventory is a searchable online database of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives at UNC Charlotte. As you explore, we hope this will help improve coordination, planning and the visibility of our campus-wide efforts.

As this database continues to grow, we invite you to help us keep it up-to-date. If you know of an initiative that is not listed, please click the SUBMIT YOUR DEI INITIATIVES button and complete the form. Thank you in advance for your commitment to inclusive excellence.
