BAP is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and incorporates professional development and community service activities directly intended to promote students' understanding of the concepts and their potential to have a positive impact. We incorporate this into our local chapter and encourage all students who qualify based on the GPA requirements and are willing to participate fully in the professional development and community service aspects of membership to become members of our chapter. The diversity of the current membership and leadership team indicates our success in this effort.
