CPOA is founded on the mission of sexuality and gender equality in the workplace. Networking with 'out' Charlotte area professionals, this organization provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ students and their allies to explore relevant career opportunities. Beyond the purpose of networking with professionals outside of the University, CPOA strives to create a network of up & coming LGBTQ+ professionals within the student body through education and engagement activities.
