International Student Advisory Committee

The International Student Advisory Committee (ISAC) is a group of enrolled international students at UNC Charlotte who serve in an advisory capacity to the International Student and Scholar Office (ISSO). It is intended to be a safe forum for open dialogue, to identify and monitor trends, to foster understanding, appreciation, support, and collaboration between and among its members. ISAC members typically represent the largest populations of international students who are also leaders of their student organizations, however a few seats are also reserved for other students who wish to participate. The goals are to maintain a positive working relationship between the ISSO staff and the international student community, to increase visibility of the work that international student organizations do, and to encourage more cross-cultural interaction between and among all students, faculty and staff across campus.
