Student Affairs Research and Assessment (SARA) has compiled a selection of resources that are focused on Socially Just Assessment and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Resources. Each of these resources are intended to deepen the reader’s understanding of how the assessment process addresses bias, is culturally responsive, and seeks to understand the impact of social structures on power and oppression. These selected resources serve to help professionals better understand how to use assessment for the purpose of identifying inequities in higher education and within specific institutional contexts.
