A faculty working group that has been addressing diversity, equity and inclusion and anti-racism in the Department of Educational Leadership. It has developed sub-working groups addressing equity in teaching and service workloads, mentoring of new faculty particular in the research area, and focus on diversity in course curricula. It has reported back to the department and Brough in a facilitator to discuss some of these issues.
