Diversity Resources Database

The Diversity Resources Database is a searchable online database of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at UNC Charlotte. The database is designed to collect and share information about the many DEI activities, opportunities, and best practices across campus.  We hope this will help improve coordination, planning, and the visibility of our diversity efforts.  This centralized inventory will also assist in reporting progress towards strategic goals for equity and engagement.  You may search by target audience, type of initiative, area of focus, division, college/unit, or keyword.  Please complete the form linked below to enter details about DEI initiatives in your unit.
