The Office of Diversity and Inclusion consultation process assists with strategic planning and capacity coaching to strengthen inclusive excellence efforts throughout our campus. All sessions will include a consultation to assess needs and provide customized approaches to meet our client's goal(s). Please fill out the form as accurately and as much information as possible. Any incomplete forms will not be considered for review. Requests should be submitted at least one month before the desired date.
