The purpose of the evaluation plan is to assist the Hornets Nest Girl Scouts Council HSGSC) in developing an evaluation model that measures its impact in terms of diversity, equity, and inclusion among girls and volunteers. The logic model used in Phase one was based on the HNGSC prioritizes outcomes around equity and opportunity for all girls, girl development, and the overall organizational goals. the methods used to develop the evaluation tools are surveys and administrative data.
