Inter-rater reliability certification process with bias indicators

I am completing this form for the center I direct, the Center for Educational Measurement and Evaluation. We created an inter-rater reliability certification process for all of our field staff. We have 40 employees in our center and most of them work in the field evaluating, observing, and supporting teachers. We built into the IRR required activity and measure of potential racial bias. All field employees are required to pass the certification task and if indicators of potential racial bias emerge in their scores, they are required to develop a professional development plan to address the issue. We also organized a DEI working group among our staff. One of our managers is going to complete this form to describe that activity.
