The Learning and & Development Portal contains online content about diversity, equity and inclusion. This includes 2775 books and audiobooks that faculty and staff can access for free, as well as 54 online courses that are self-directed. To access, login to the Learning & Development Portal and click on 'Search for Training'. Then type in the subject that is of interest. Book examples include "Talent Engagement Across the Generations", "The Drama-Free Workplace: How you can Prevent Unconscious Bias, Sexual Harassment, Ethics Lapses, and Inspire a Healthy Culture", "Redefining Diversity", "Women's Influence on Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity in STEM Fields" and many more. Online course examples include "Leading Diversity", "Your Role in Workplace Diversity", "Expert Insights on Diversity & Inclusion" and many more.
