The Employee Relations Office provides comprehensive services for both employees and managers/supervisors as regards the following policies and programs: affirmative action, discipline, diversity, employee assistance (EAP), equal employment opportunity, grievance, performance management, unemployment insurance, unlawful workplace harassment and/or violence. Office staff provides counseling assistance to employees with complaints, concerns, grievances, or other workplace issues while providing consultative advice/assistance to managers/supervisors with the development/issuance of appropriate communications as regards performance expectations and feedback, including disciplinary actions.
